The room was spotless very nice and quiet property All the staff are friendly and pleasant Big Shout Out to Miss Bonita she has the best spirit I ever seen and helps with anything you need and it’s another young lady that works front desk also she is very nice and understanding love this property !!!!!

The staff was very friendly. The property was near a ton of food places, including a Publix, nail salons and etc. Awesome view of the King and Queen building. I wish it felt a bit cleaner, the air was a bit stale, but i had great nights! Will be back!

The young lady who checked us in the night we arrived was terrific. Very friendly and hopeful, The room could definitely use some cleaning and updating. Overall, it’s what I would expect for a lower price hotel in Atlanta but basic cleanliness does need to be worked on

It was the perfect location for visiting family in the Northside Atlanta Hospital. Reasonable rate. Clean, good beds. Just what we needed.

Enjoyed my night's stay and it was very quiet and peaceful. Property a little older than I expected but, a good deal for the money. The young lady at front desk was exceptionally nice, professional and kind. Cleaning crew need to ensure adequate toilet paper, as there was none, after the small roll was used up. But, still, a good night's stay for the money.

I like the location, very close to a grocery store and great restaurants. I had to work at State Farm for my hybrid week in Dunwoody and the hotel is close. It beats driving to and from Cartersville every day. This was my second stay. My room - 153 was fine, but the bathtub was really dirty, the tile had mildew and it bothered me to be in there. Luckily I take short showers.

Room was absolutely filthy and spiders everywhere no beddong for pull out they require you to pay them for housekeeping even tho the room was a mess before we got there we had to get a broom and cleaning supplies from the store to clean what they should clean for free for 70 to 90 bucks a night internet is throttled so they can force you to pay for the premium wifi which is barely better and not worth the cost had a full trash can under the sink with mcdonalds and all sheets and blankets disgusting should fore the entire cleaning crew and hire professionals because they make the whole place look bad the manager was nice as can be and helped me out woth check in when i had drive 2 hours to get my family he was kind but the othwr management is lazy and does nothing when he isnt around absolute bare minimum will mever stay here again

Omg I totally love this property. The staff is amazing and very professional. I came in for an early check in but the stay was so busy working on setting everything up , cleaning, and doing everything that needs to be done so I just told Ms. Bonita I’ll just come back when it’s time for me to check in because I saw them getting the property together. Every thing looked so nice I came back to check in and Ms. Bonita was still working hard she was the first to great me as soon as I walked in she greeted me with a smile . Ms. Natasha Dixon The Agm was so helpful at check in as Ms Bonita checked me in. Me. Natasha came to check my room before moving in and made sure we had everything we needed. I would stay again. P.s They always get you in and out. Gotta love this place for the price . Nice area quite. Thank you , Asia

False advertising no breakfast and no kitchen

It's false advertising when they say breakfast include and kitchen with equipment. Nothing was available. We were really upset because in all booking platforms like booking, hotels... this group of hotels were introduced with free breakfast and a kitchen with all equipment to cook. That was the main reason for my booking because we are a family on a trip and I prefer to cook our dinner. The room was clean inside but the other guests were around look like living here with their trash in the front door. We found three cockroaches in the bathroom. The person in the entrance was really kind to me and polite. We made a claim to the owner but we're still waiting for a response...

I have stayed at the same hotel a few times in the past. Every time I’ve ever stayed. It’s always been a very good experience. The rooms have been clean. The hallways have been clean. This time when I checked in I didn’t realize that they charge $100 deposit. They need to list that on the website so that you’re aware of that before you check in. Then when I get to the room in the hallway was a bag of trash in front of the door. It looks like it had been there for a few days and it remained there until I checked out today , the room was not the best. The sheets on one side had a bloodstain. There was still trash underneath the bed so clearly they did not vacuum or sweep under there. The sink in the small kitchenette smelled like there was old food in the bottom of it. The door was missing from the Cabinet under the sink in the bathroom. The chair that was in the room was not a recliner. Just a regular chair that I barely fit in. Then I used the bathroom and the toilet got clogged up. I called the front desk to see if maintenance could come upstairs and they told me that maintenance wasn’t there yet but that I could come downstairs and get a plunger. This hotel has definitely gone to the ground. If I’m ever going to stay in the area again, it will not be here.
