There’s room for everyone to have a good time at Chill Ville, East Atlanta’s coolest new home! Just steps from East Atlanta Village (EAV), this property’s location cannot be beat. Off the welcoming entry is the game room, where Ms. Pac-Man and a foosball table hold court. There are two guest bedrooms across the hall, one with a workspace, as well as two full baths. The dining room with bar and wine fridge is the perfect place to gather together.
The Space:
Next up is the spacious chef’s kitchen and family room with sectional sofa, TV, fireplace, and large island. The main level is rounded out by the largest of the four bedrooms and bathrooms, featuring a king bed, walk-in shower, double vanities, and separate water closet.
Upstairs you’ll find your very own private gym with a bike, elliptical, TV, and minifridge. Across the landing lies another queen bedroom with a lovely window nook and twin daybed—an ideal place to escape for some quiet time to read or meditate. The last bathroom is here as well with a gleaming walk-in shower and double vanity. If all that gorgeous indoor space isn’t enough, there’s also an outdoor lounge area off of the family room, a front porch, and a huge backyard. We manage properties around the city but primarily on the east side of Atlanta, from Virginia-Highland down to Grant Park. Our specialty is Inman Park, where we love to live, work, and play! Our neighborhoods are all unique in their architectural styles and cultural offerings, but their geographic convenience, walkability, and safety are standard and guaranteed to please.

You can access your space 24/7 via our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. Please note that for your security all of our properties have Ring video doorbell cameras.
* No Parties: Parties strictly prohibited; violators face eviction, a $1000 fine, and additional fees.
* Late Same-Day Check-In: For same-day check-ins after 1 PM, expect unit preparation until 6 PM due to scheduling.
* Pet Policy: Dogs allowed; $250 1st dog, $100 2nd. Pet damages are the guest's responsibility.
* Cancellations: Cancellation policy will apply minus any credit card processing fees.
* ID Verification: Required for all guests; secure third-party vetting with encryption and GDPR compliance. Security deposits may apply.

We give our guests space but we are available when needed! Minty Living has a full time in-house team ready for mid-stay turnover (if requested) and responsive to any unforeseen maintenance issues.
