Check-in is simple and hassle-free. A 24-hour concierge will greet you at the front entrance, buzz you in, and verify your reservation. Please remember to bring a valid photo ID, and let us know in advance if someone other than the booking guest will be checking in. Once verified, the concierge will direct you to your unit.

You’ll receive a digital door code in your arrival instructions for easy, secure access to the condo. Inside, you’ll also find a key fob that allows you to enter and exit the building freely for the remainder of your stay.

The bedroom features a king mattress that offers a comfortable retreat after exploring Downtown or attending events nearby. For additional guests, the condo can be configured with a folding twin, a queen air mattress, or the deep sofa, allowing up to four guests to settle in with ease.

The kitchen is equipped for real cooking, whether you are reheating favorites from local restaurants or preparing a full meal at home. Stainless steel appliances and a touch-activated faucet streamline the experience, while a dining table offers space to gather, enjoy a slow morning, or map out your plans for the day.

Living area & workspace
A 50-inch TV with standard cable anchors the living space, giving you a place to unwind after work or play. WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it simple to stay connected, whether you are catching up on emails or preparing for meetings. LED lighting with dimming options allows you to adjust the atmosphere from bright and productive to soft and relaxed.

Bathroom & laundry
The bathroom includes a walk-in, frameless glass shower and bathroom essentials. An in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience, a rare advantage in a high-rise building and especially welcome during longer stays or winter travel.

Outdoor space
The private balcony provides a sheltered spot to breathe in crisp air and view the city from above. It’s a peaceful setting for a quiet moment before heading out to conferences, games, or dinner.

Building & access
Located in historic Peachtree Towers, the condo offers elevator access, a private entrance, and self check-in with a smart lock. Paid parking is available both on and off the premises. The building is equipped with exterior security cameras in common areas, elevators, and entry points, with none inside the unit.

Neighborhood
Set in the heart of Downtown Atlanta’s Hotel District, you are within easy reach of AmericasMart, the Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium, and the World of Coca-Cola. Public transportation is close at hand, with Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations about a five-minute walk away, offering direct access to the airport. Restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores are just around the corner, making it simple to explore the city on foot.

A surface parking lot is located right next to the building, and there is also a parking deck within the same block. Please note: parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately.

If you prefer not to drive, Uber and other rideshare services are always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonably priced, making it easy to get around Atlanta.

To make your stay more comfortable, we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for guest use.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

BEDS: There are 3 "beds". Specifically defined as a King Bed, Folding twin bed, Queen air mattress and standard couch.

Great location for what we were doing. Great sized kitchen with a large double door fridge. Very comfortable big bed. Leaving was difficult because the building only has one bank of elevators.
