It was such a blessing to stay in their house! I felt very safe and comfortable and slept like a rock! Rooms were clutter free! And there was a plethora of comfortable places to sit and talk/hang out.

It’s a beautiful property but . . .

Beautiful property. Neighborhood felt safe. It was not as clean as it should’ve been. Baseboards don’t look like they’ve been wiped in a long time. Grandchildren’s socks were dirty after walking around 30 minutes. Advertised as sleeps 20 but only has 4 beds and 2 futons not sure where 20 would sleep. Super steep driveway. I’m glad my 93 year old, active Dad did not go after all. He would not have been able to manage driveway! We parked in road bc too steep! Owner responded quickly the couple times I had questions prior to checking in. There were 8 of us. Originally was to be 10 of us. I think 10 would’ve been too crowded! Mismatched outdated cookware. We vrbo frequently. This was far from the best we’ve ever rented! This property could easily be a sought after rental but it needs some maintenance (loose floor molding, peeling Sheetrock in bathroom, stairwell banister spindle broken, end table up stairs wobbly/broken, etc) & through cleaning! Property needs clearer directions as what to do when leaving property (dishes, garbage, laundry etc) I would likely not stay here again or recommend to friends!

Friendsgiving festivities

Love the stay and would stay here again. Just a few things to fix here and it’s all has to do with the kitchen for the host. Just needed a few essentials such as cutting boards, better knifes, more spoons and forks. That’s really it though other than that the place is really dope!

23rd Birthday Weekend

I had some friends coming into town for my birthday at the last minute and we booked this place 2 days before and we were so happy that they were able to accommodate us at the least minute. It’s about 30 mins from downtown but there’s a lot of food places around. Less than 5 mins in distance. I live this place and really looking forward to booking this house again in the near future.

Great place to stay

The house was great, we had a wonderful experience. There were exras included such as extra tooth brushes etc. The only item not mentioned in the description is the house having a steep hill driveway and that being the only way to access the house. Be mindful if anyone has balance issues or elderly members. Otherwise would stay again and would recommend to friends and family, lovely place.

Spacious, Modern Style, and Beautiful bedrooms!

I had a small gathering of my friends and a couple family members that I had not seen in 4+ years. I live in a very small tiny home so a gathering of 9 people wasnt possible on my end. So I come axross this rental that actually understood my problems and really worked with me. We got together and had a little pot luck dinner. This rental made it easy and possible to see them again while still having a welcoming space that is very clean. The style of this home is very relaxing with the design being calm muted tones and perfect lighting. The place had all of the needs for an overnight stay. From the bathrooms to the kitchen, everything I needed was here and it made my gathering so easy. The host was very good at helping me out and worked with me as my rental date got closer. I am definitely going to be talking to this host again next time I have another small gathering. Thank you so much for the chance to see my friends and family again.💜
