「Great room easy parking bar and food but breakfast only on weekends 」

「I stayed the night to attend a local wedding venue. Gemma spoke with me on the phone and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. When I arrived Jason at the check in desk was so kind and moved heaven and earth to get me a room that was ready so that I could change and leave for the wedding. Both staff members were so kind and welcoming and professional. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.」

「Parking can be difficult and CCTV in operation. Staff could have been better, kept being locked out of our room. Unfortunately 1 breakfast was poor no eggs and mushrooms not cooked. Not sure if we shall return 」

「Clean room, only thing was they give u bulky key ring with 3 keys on that didn’t fit in my little bag but apart from that it was perfect」

「Clean and staff super friendly. We booked a room which didn’t go through but staff managed to find us a room thankfully. It’s cheap and cheerful which is what I paid for. No complaints 」

「A very nice place and excellent pub food. We stayed in the "annex" across the street from the pub. As they warned, the staris were steep, so those with mobility issues may have trouble. The room was large and the bathroom was good. We only requested room cleaning once during our 6-night stay. The only minor issue was it seemed the common hallways and our room floor was not vacummed. All other services were excellent. We would definitely return to the Rose & Crown.」

「地上階にはパブがあり、宿泊施設は上の階にあります。チェックインはパブでします。フレンドリーで感じの良いスタッフが対応してくれます。 部屋はクラシックでアンティークな作りですが、綺麗にリノベーションされており、充電用のコンセントは最新でUSBジャックもついています。バスルームも綺麗。気持ちよく滞在できます。 ホテルの駐車場はありません。一晩置ける最寄りの駐車場はWest Rock parkingという公共駐車場が徒歩数分にあり。 朝食は8:30からなので、今回食べれませんでした。」

「Lovely, welcoming staff. Very easy to check in at the pub next to the accommodation. Very good location and easy to find. Free parking which is a bonus these days! Stayed for 3 nights in a family room, clean but a little dated. Beds could be more comfortable. Breakfast was nice and has a lovely kids play area. Overall a pleasant stay.」
