The villa is situated in Legrena village, 50km from the center of Athens, and just 5km from Cape Sounio and the Temple of Poseidon.

The basement is where the main entrance is and can be reached by following the stone-made path from the gate entrance right to the back side of the villa. Taking the spiral stairs to the ground floor you gain access to an open area with a fire place, an office desk, a double twin bedroom with a veranda and stairs that give access to the front side of the villa, a bathroom with bathtub, and the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, a tumbler dryer and all that is needed for ironing. The ground floor also has a separate entrance with a security door that gives access to the back side of the house and can be used as an auxiliary entrance.
Using the spiral staircase and right above the basement you can reach the first floor, where you will find the master bedroom; from here you will have access to a deck-styled veranda with very nice view towards the west the sea and the sunset. The bedroom comes with a double king sized bed, the bathroom with WC and a Jacuzzi bath, the dressing room, and a second bathroom with WC and shower.

The villa’s location is key: in a very quiet and scarcely populated area, away from traffic and the main road. You can walk to the cape of Sounio, as it is just a few miles from the main road. A 5-minute car drive can take you to stores for you shopping needs.
