Broc was extremely professional and had excellent customer service. He also was very educated about the area and gave many dining suggestions. We went to one and it didn’t disappoint. When back in the area, we will stay here.

My socks were black from the floor about 10 minutes after we walked in. They have rooms in a newly built tower (I assume look like photos online) but if you get put in the older rooms, they are pretty bad. Breakfast was decent - good coffee and they bring in Chik-fila biscuits.

Location was good and the check-in was fast, unfortunately there is major road/building construction and it was very loud (did stop from 1am-6am) but not a restful night to say the least. No coffee in the “breakfast” area, Both vending machines in lobby broken.

I was a little nervous about booking this hotel because of some of the other reviews I read. I am So glad I did book it because it was so nice ! The room Was clean and beds were comfy. Check in was easy and so was parking. I was able to watch to downtown and didn’t feel unsafe! Great hotel especially for the price
