"This property is well located in the heart of the old village however very very noisy. We had a tiny ground floor room with windows that opened straight onto the busy walking street and the owner’s waffle stand. Loud thumping music from nearby bars until 1am. Excellent breakfast though we had to ask for it to be served early as normal time is 9-11. There is a public carpark 10mins walk away which would have been good to know in advance."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a decent balcony. The shower was not really a proper shower and the water was not warm, so the place is fine for a night or two but not really more. The wifi did not really work. The walls are also quite thin so if you have a loud neighbour, you will hear everything. All in all, safe and clean place to stay for the price, but not a good place for multiple days."

"The room was lovely and clean. The bathroom was clean, well maintained and had hot water. The hotel is excellently positioned in the old town. The only slight drawback is that breakfast is in a cafe down the road and even though it said online that they were open from 9am they didn’t open until 10am and we would have liked an earlier start on our last day as we had an onward journey. The breakfast was excellent though"

"Lovely place, space, and surroundings. I wasn't too sure what sort of review to leave, because while the hotel was a delight, I loved the pool, and the silence around the place was pleasant - that was also in part because there was never anyone from the hotel around! Even when the power went out, air con stopped, we needed taxis, we couldn't find or get hold of anyone. Maybe low season and the management were taking some time out? Anyway, still, great value, lovely hotel, very nice pool, would stay again! A few odd things like our bed had no bottom sheet so we used a duvet from the cupboard. We also tried to pay to upgrade to the larger corner suite, they said it was taken and that someone was arriving, no one ever did - just trying to reduce admin maybe?"

"I’m so glad. It was the perfectly located, clean place I was looking for during our extended layover. We just needed some place to nap and shower, that was walkable to sites in Sigacik. We didn’t get in until almost 3am. We called and they waited for us, and helped us get in. After we checked out, they held onto our suitcases, so we could walk around the town and get some food hands-free. They were such pleasant and gracious hosts. Loved it and would absolutely come back. We weren’t able to figure out the wifi, but we got in so late, we just went to sleep anyway so no impact to our stay, and they do have it, just ask for help if you have issues. We did the room with the balconies and liked it."

"I had an absolutely fantastic stay at La Casita Hotel! The host, Özen Hanım and her team are welcoming, and making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. My room was exceptionally spacious and thoughtful. Having a full living room setup along with a convenient kitchenette was a plus. To top off her amazing hospitality, when I forgot a few personal items in the room, Özen Hanım kindly packed and shipped them to me the very next day. Her personal care and hospitality truly made all the difference. I highly recommend La Casita to anyone visiting Urla!"

"This is an apart room above a bar with the same name. There were 2 other rooms on the first floor. We stayed 3 people family in front facing room which was around 30 m2 with a nice balcony and a bathroom. it must have been recently and tastefully built as it looked new. The towels were very new and clean. It is very centrally located in Urla, it can`t be any central than this. It is surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops, so pretty noisy. It is like 20m to the pedestrian only streets. But during our 2 night stay the noise outside did not bother us, the AC worked well, and the windows did block most of the noise. Car park is a problem, we were able to park on the street which was a bit chaotic -dusty street with construction everywhere but it was ok. We were told there were near by parking areas, but we managed without it. As for improvements, the room did not have any hangers, the 3rd bed was a bit noisy when you moved. There was only one trash can in the bathroom next to toilet, but not in the room. There was no TV (they probably thought you should not be watching TV with everything going on around you). You could also hear the other room`s doors open-and close clearly, but we did not hear anything other than that. Finally the outside door did not have any locks, although the property had cameras in the corridors. Overall, the location and condition of Pietra was great and it was definitely good value for the money. We would stay here again for sure."
