「The Eastleigh was an easy base for a few days away: two minutes from the pier and beach but tucked far enough up Scarbrough Avenue that you don’t hear arcade noise at night. We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more....
「The property is very clean and well kept. You are given towels and you have full use of the kitchen.
Bed was very comfortable.
I'd like to recommend this to the owners of the property:
Put a towel in the kitchen.
You have to call them so they can give you a code to the key, it'd be so much convenient to maybe add a whatsapp option or even email as not everybody has a UK phone number and not everybody can communicate in English. 」
「Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again 」

Food was very good my only recommendation would be having a fan in the rooms as the room was incredibly hot and the building being grade 2 had original looking sash windows and were delicate so we didn’t dare open them. Overall a great stay and highly recommended 」

「Have to say apart from a few things maintenance wise that need addressing, the flat was lovely.
I reported the shower was not working on Monday, and was asked permission if the maintenance man could go in to the flat to sort it out, on our return we had a brand new shower fitted,
I can not fault the service and reply so would defiantly stay again」
「Room size was very good, we stayed in a twin room. Lovely walk in shower room. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside was there's not a mini fridge in the room. Lovely and clean and we will definitely be staying again. Excellent value for the money] money and plenty of free parking. Much closer to the town centre than we had anticipated. Great stay thank you 」
「This is our third time staying at Green Haven and each time we have opted for the Barn Owl cabin which is perfect for me and my wife and our little Chorkie. Previously we have stayed for only the one night but we enjoyed it so much that this time we opted for a two night stay. As with every time we were greeted like friends and made to feel so welcome.
