"Parking was easy. The safety was my concern. The walls were thin. You can hear the neighbors fighting with each other and arguing all night long told the staff about it and they didn’t do anything."

"Great place to stay! The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff were super nice and went above and beyond to accommodate my mother in a wheelchair. Especially staff member Ky. The rooms were very clean. Housekeeping does a fantastic job. The daily breakfast was exceptional. The breakfast area had a great assortment of food and was very clean and very maintained. The 24 hour coffee was delicious and fresh. Great fitness center and pool area. Highly recommend this location. I think it’s the best place to stay in DeLand and most cost effective. All of the staff and I mean everyone were very pleasant and accommodating and truly wanted our stay to be enjoyable. Highly recommend!"

"This motel is conveniently located to Earl Brown Park where we were participating in an art festival. It is basic but clean, quiet and comfortable. The king bed room was spacious with a desk and chair, easy chair and side table. It has a refrigerator and microwave located on a good sized credenza below the large tv. The water pressure was low, but that may not be under the control of the management. There is no breakfast area. Overall, it suited our needs well. We have stayed at this place previously and would do so again."

"A disappointing stay at what was expected to be a charming antique hotel. Upon taking my first shower, I discovered that the towel provided had two large holes and visible black fingerprint marks. This immediately raised serious concerns about cleanliness and quality control. The bathroom window was extremely dirty, appearing as though it had not been cleaned in years. Additionally, robes hanging in the closet appeared to have been previously used, which is entirely unacceptable. My assigned room was located at the far corner facing the road, resulting in significant noise throughout the night and making it very difficult to rest. The only reason I remained was because the room had already been paid for; otherwise, I would have left immediately. Aside from the staff, who were courteous, the overall condition of the room and facilities was deeply disappointing especially considering this hotel came highly recommended. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. "
