「Things to like: Lovely pool area, well-kept grounds, great food at dinner, simple but updated room, access to Alba area. Things to consider: For US travelers, it could be challenging if you need extra service, since the staff currently did not speak English. We appreciated their frugal country ways, but also found the place dark (lights out- nobody at desk after 8). A bit isolated in August but could be delightful when they host weddings there. 」

「We chose this property for its great location - just a 3 minute walk from the old city centre of Alba. The 1-BR apartment was clean, bright and comfortable. Spacious for 2 persons. We liked that we could book a space for our car, which allowed us to easily explore nearby towns. And we were glad to be there to experience their wonderful Saturday market. 「A lovely apartment in an old house in the center of the village. Easy to get into Alba and to shops. Good walking around the village as well as paths close by through the vineyeards. Great space and fantastic views. Very comfortable and everything you need. Hosts also live on property - and while our Italian is very limited and they have little English - we communicated OK and they were very friendly and generous.」
