This deluxe 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sits along the Roaring Fork River and offers a spacious living area. Located just five blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola, it's an ideal retreat for both skiing and year-round mountain adventures.

Living & Dining
The main living area features a flat-screen TV, river views, and access to a formal dining space. The updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of space for entertaining. Guests also enjoy the convenience of an in-unit laundry closet.

**Please note: Due to building regulations, fireplaces are currently not in use at Chateau Eau Claire. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to enjoy the many other comforts of this condo, including its private river-view balcony, modern interiors, and access to hot tubs, a heated pool, and a fitness center.**
