「The apartment is nothing like the photos in the ad. It is not even close. The check-in process was not easy and there was no prior communication. When we finally got into the apartment, the dryer was running, the washer was full (I will say the washer and dryer was nice) and there was a bag of soiled linens in our bathroom.
