The hotel is decent overall. However, in our room there were deep scratches in the floor. Overall it wasn't as clean as I would have expected. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered a nice selection and there was plenty. If something ran out, they quickly replaced it. The location is good, making it easy to get to transportation. There are museums and shops close by too. If it were not for the overall cleanliness. This would hotel would definitely have gotten a much higher rating.

We stayed here on our return trip to Oslo having been on a cruise from Bergen to Tromso. Very easy to find from the Nationaltheatret station, great location for what we wanted to see/visit.
