Great location with lovely breakfast and the evening / night staff were very helpful. The views were amazing -could see the palace and the operan house from our room and the staff in sky bar on top floor were very accommodating

Perfectly situated to explore the city and access public transport to venture further afield. Great breakfast to set up the day and useful amenities to use during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be definitely seeking other Radisson blu destinations as this is our 2nd this year and have been extremely pleased with our choice.

Great hotel. Incredible breakfast included. Had 22nd floor amazing view. Summit Bar on 21st floor gives access to great views for all. Pool is nice plus. Location by Royal Palace and Gardens especially a plus. Great walking distance to waterfront and great areas of city. Trams easy rides to all else.

Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide choice of items. I found the room small & and not really huge amounts of room for two suitcases. On the plus side, it was the height of summer & there was air con and the room comes with a decent smart bathroom. The conditioner was cheap and useless - bring your own. Pool & sauna pleasant but they could do up the basement entrance to it. Overall though, in a very central location close to the harbour & lots of nice restaurants.

When we arrived early the receptionist did not seem too friendly or helpful and almost dismissive about helping us if a possibility of early check in. Otherwise the rest of the staff at the bar on the main floor and top floor were excellent and very friendly. After we check d in at 4 pm. The reception was great as well. Wish we had her in the morning.

There was an industrial action during the stay in Oslo, where several hotels were selected for strike action. Luckily this was not one of them. But it did mean that the hotel was “busting at the seem” They coped reasonably well. Our room had clean linen and towels, every day, The rest of the facilities - bar, restaurant etc. appeared to cope well enough.

The suite was not up to scratch.. bathroom was so small it was so uncomfortable .. you get a bigger bathroom in a basic room! Housekeeping didn’t turn up a few days.. and the room was very dated in our opinion Views were good Breakfast was so over subscribed.. it was a total nightmare getting our buffet breakfast .. getting a table was hard to stay with, normally had to wait 10-15 mins and then take on the battle that is the breakfast buffet.. very stressful ! Too many people ,, all getting in each other way .. and only 1-2 coffee machines which kept breaking. When you got your breakfast, it was quite decent .. it was just getting it was a major problem

Good breakfast buffet included in the room price. Excellent location close to museums and the king’s palace. However we could never cool off our room. We were there 8/31 and turned on the a/c. On 9/1, the system switched to heat. Took us a while to figure out how to change the mode since the instructions were in Norwegian. Even then, the blackout curtains were between the hvac system and the room. All of the cool air was directed towards the windows behind the curtains. We never cooled off the room. Warm, sleepless nights. And, I misunderstood when and what housekeeping would do to our room. I interpreted that we would get no housekeeping until after the second night. I did not lock up my valuables. $250 was stolen from my room. Very disappointed. I filed a claim with the hotel but don’t expect to get my money back.

Stayed for 4 nights. Very central location! Convenient to get to from the airport using public transport if you had just handbags. Found out later that there is a Bus that goes from outside the hotel directly to the airport. Would be useful if it’s on the booking website. A big plus point! Didn’t try breakfast. Bar was good. Served snacks etc but food service stopped at 2100 hrs. So you were stuck for food. Room “ looked “ clean but hadn’t had a thorough cleaning! Daily routine was superficially clean but if a tissue or something was left on the corner it was not cleaned out by the cleaner.
