「Amazing property with amazing staff. Can't wait to come back.」

「Beautiful hotel, well maintained , but the SERVICE needs significant improvement. I specifically booked this hotel because I wanted a room with a mountain view. When I arrived, however, the only view from my room was a tree. I went to the front desk and explained that I had specifically booked a mountain view, but instead of addressing the issue, I was told “YES, YOU HAVE MOUNTAN BEHIND THE TREE”. I was also told that nothing could be done unless I paid extra to move to another room. I had to...

「Such a gorgeous view of land and mountains - and the trains quietly go by! Clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, great bathrooms, and what an outdoor patio! We were arriving late at night so I called the hotel and they made arrangements to leave our key card in an outdoor safe with a code - it was so helpful! Breakfast was outstanding with a cappuccino machine, an incredible fruit bar, yogurt station, and delicious scrambled eggs and bacon, and all kinds of breads. Close drive to Leogang...

「View and location were great. Communication was frustrating as we couldn’t get mobility pass during our stay.」

「Skøn udsigt fra huset mod bjergene」

「Staff at reception and breakfast kind of grumpy. The receptionist with the accent is polite. The rooms are clean」

「Es war alles top. Zimmer sauber, Tiefgarage vorhanden, sehr gutes Frühstück」

「Amazing place and very helpful host. My kid had wonderful time」

「Superfint boende, rekommenderar.」

「Great proximity to the water however we were in the lower rooms facing the water and it was terribly noisy from the train. Hard to sleep & very very loud. I would book high up room or rooms Facing the town.」
