Treehouse Hotel Manchester
Hotel charged my card with a “Service Charge” upon departure. Took £10 as a tip. I wasn’t warned or asked about this. They refunded when I asked, but why should I ask for my money back?

Great big rooms, had premium room, lots of room, didnt have breakfast, but didnt look the best, but in a big city nice to try other places, all keyless, cardless, just PIN number for room and from door, would stay again, my only downside, walls a bit thin, could hear next doors tv til 12.30 most ...

The room could of been cleaner, there were fake petals and glitter strands on the floor. The beds are very hard however the pillows are very soft and flat, which is not my preferred choice. Parking system needs reviewing. We were not td that we had to find conceierge before trying to leave the car ...
