「This cozy home was exactly what we wanted. Very quiet, conveniently located near Ashland U. Bedrooms comfy, bathroom, kitchen and living room all extremely clean. Nice and cool AC during a warm summer visit. A great place to hang out with family, play games or watch a movie. We enjoyed cooking instead of eating out, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great host communication as well. We would love to return.」

「The property ended up being exactly what we needed, affordable, centrally located. A really quick walk to the carousel and to main Street in downtown Mansfield. But the property was far outweighed by the host. Jeff was quick to respond to any issue to problem solve and to take care of us, us and our situation. 「We had a wonderful time at the schoolhouse! Everything was as described and our family enjoyed a relaxing, but fun weekend. The building was stocked with all the things that one might need. We enjoyed the time we spent in the schoolhouse and our visit to Mohican State Park, which is also beautiful. I highly recommend staying at this unique property. Thank you Garrett for making everything go so smoothly and for maintaining such a lovely historic property.」

「The studio apartment was located on a private property in a quiet neighborhood. Although there was not a clothes closet, there was a coat rack with ample hooks for hanging clothes.
The kitchen was full size, as well as the bathroom. It was very comfortable and felt very safe. The host even left a gift of a loaf of fresh sour dough bread from a local nearby business.
Overall, it was an enjoyable experience for us, and we look forward to staying there again.」

「Wonderful location for hiking, sightseeing, or just enjoying a coffee while listening to birds. Well stocked with everything you’d need for cooking and close to several different stores/towns. As mentioned the pull out isn’t the most comfortable but there are plenty of other options from the loft to the inflatable mattress. Highly recommended if you enjoy hiking or canoeing given the proximity to there park and Mohican Adventures.」
