「Cottage 4 was a blend of rustic charm and recent updates. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We were a party of two, but it would have been roomy for four. The hosts’ welcome gift of local ice cream was a bonus. The location worked well for us. It was just off the highway, but quiet; and we had easy drives to explore towns and trails in the area.」

「This hotel is just a landing spot to sleep with comfortable beds, not super obnoxious air conditioners, and roomy rooms enough space to layout suit cases and coolers. There is not much for amenities but we were well aware when booking the hotel, no pool, breakfast or common space area. Access to the lake was a bonus. My boys enjoyed fishing off the dock every night and morning. The hotel is quiet and there is a nice sitting place outside.」

「The room was clean. The pool was not open yet I was still charged a resort fee. Our "remodeled" room was done very poorly. The bathroom floor was so warped you could not close the door. Whoever installed the shower head thought it would be a good idea to have it permanently aimed at the floor. I would not recommend this place to anyone」

「We enjoyed our stay but ran into a few bothersome things. We arrived over an hour after check in time & our room wasn’t ready. There was no apology, just a “give it another 10 minutes”. And when we inquired about the meeting place for a kayak tour we scheduled, front desk staff was rude. They explained the kayak tour was not connected to them even though the meeting place was at their property. They could’ve politely just pointed us in the right direction. They can deal with the kayak tour owner...
