「As usual Hyatt is great but I still miss microwave in rooms. Staff was great and breakfast was nice. My kids loveed it. It's in a safe area with security guard present during night. Best thing is that they gave a shuttle which can take you to midway and runs 24*7. We did not use it but practically we could have taken shuttle to midway and then CTA to downtown. Chicago downtown is just 14 miles away with average travel time of 35 to 40 mins. Will stay again for sure if I am in the area and not...

「The front desk didn't give us the internet password when we checked in resulting in an extra trip downstairs. Although water was offered in the lobby, nothing else was offered. (At the Country Inn and Suites we were greeted with a smile, warm cookies, coffee and tea.) Bottles of water in the room which should have been complimentary, were $3 each. At the Hilton, I didn't expect to be charged for a drink of water in the room and I expected better hospitality.」
