Security deposit required prior to releasing check in information, and we emailed them when we found a mouse in the property but they failed to respond. Also the cleaner was waiting for us to leave which wasn’t great! Parking is limited but luckily we found a space on arrival. Dog friendly but be aware no enclosed yard and dogs are not...

"Not a bad property for a short stay. Close to the City Center. Parking was a little hit and miss and wasn't sure of the actual area itself from a safety point of view. "

"Children loved the river setting and kayaking. Houses were so well equipped. Outdoor seating by the river, maps, books, games and TV Saw kingfishers each day. Super place. Road quite busy, but disturbed our sleep very little. So many positives about the house and area outweighed the road noise."
