"Rooms a little dated and property very basic. But staff friendly and was clean. Pods from T5 were great. No signage to direct you to pods from T5 (and T5 airport staff know nothing about) so make sure you have directions on how to get there from website before you travel. Staff at hotel very helpful booking pod return trip."
