In front of the house there is a large garden (800m2) surrounded by trees and palm trees with a granite table, granite benches under a pergola and a barbecue. This garden with table tennis table, children's swings, climbing tower with slide and sandpit is also an ideal play area for children. The garden is shared with another holiday home.

Renovations 2025
In spring 2025, the kitchens were completely renovated and equipped with state-of-the-art kitchen appliances. The bathrooms were also completely renovated and modernised.
Both flats were repainted and some were newly furnished.
