"Room was hot and air conditioning was not available. Only fan and heater. Maybe because it’s still spring and not summer? Entrance to hotel off of main road is really difficult to see and dangerous. No dinner service. Other Route Inn have great dinner, why not this one? Front desk staff is great. Area around hotel is grim but hotel is nice. "

"i didnt expect to have such a stay but has already booked it so we have to manage it, the receiptionist is always not available and also there was no launge are to sit and even have a convo with someone, its only you and your bed. No food or something to buy at the venue unless walked to a groceres shop. this made the living uncomfortable."

"内階段が無くエレベーターが1機のため 上の階の利用があると、乗ることができなく なかなか1階に行くことはできない。 朝食が6時30分からの案内だったが、6時ごろから並ばないと、朝食が終わる時間までに食べることができずに、予定。出発時間も遅れてしまう。予定が全部狂ってしまった。 ゴールデンウィークで仕方ないと思ったが、1泊20,000円ではお得感は何もなかった。"
