Nice and clean.

Easy check in and out, stuff was very nice and kind. Clean room and Breakfast I was glad to pick this hotel. Next time if I have to stay in Gifu I probably use this hotel. If you using JR bullet train I would recommend this hotel.

No reaction from hotel. Careful when booking

My booking showd all of a sudden a smoker room. I contacted the hotel in Japanese, but they did not care nor answer. At check in they only had a smoker room for me which was unacceptable for me. They told me to charge for one night and I went somewhere else to stay. Now I am still charged the full amount although I called hotels.com. I feel cheated by the hotel and by hotels.com who promised to clarify this issue but never did. Will book at another portal and hotel next time. I meanwhile hate hotels.com for not being reachable and reacting.

大入浴場があれば、なお良かったですが、子供の遠征のため、部屋風呂でも楽しく過ごせました。洗濯機は何とかなりましたが、乾燥機が時間的に争奪戦となり、待っていても先を越されたり、ビックリするほど長時間かけられてたり、結局2時間、行ったり来たりで待ちました。せめて乾燥機がもう一台ほしいなーと思って見てました。朝食会場が狭いなと思いましたが、部屋で食べれるように、の配慮が非常にありがたかったです。子連れだったのと、朝はほぼ食べずの子のため、私の食べる時間が無いな、と思ってましたが、部屋で落ち着いて食べる事ができました。感謝です。 スタッフの方もてきぱきと動かれており、とても好印象でした。お世話になりました。 また岐阜の遠征時に、お世話になりたいと思います。
窓から新幹線が見えて、子供は大はしゃぎだした。

部屋は綺麗でスタッフはテキパキと動いていて良かった 新幹線の駅がすぐ近くなので多少音はします 新幹線の駅直近のホテルだけど周辺には時間貸し駐車場は沢山ありますが、コンビニや飲食店は歩いて10分以上かかる場所にしかありません 車利用であれば不便ではないと思います

リピートです。 前回はお隣の部屋の方が大きな音を夜中に長く立てる人で困っていましたが、今回は何の問題もなく快適に過ごせました。 またフロントの方々の対応がどなたであっても親切丁寧で話しやすく良かったです。 前回と違った点は、ブラシがアメニティになく直接質問しなければ無い状態だったので、改善頂ければなと感じました。 施設内に駐車場もあり、連泊でも確保されていて有り難かったです。
