"This place was awesome ! I was here for 6 nights, and will definitely return next year. As you’ve read the other comments, the food is not as bad as the reviews say. I found it best to get to breakfast right at 8am for best freshest food . The Italian spot was good, they have a person making fresh pasta by request ! Axel was great! Golf cart Carlos ( is what I call him ) was Johnny on the spot . All the bartenders at the front desk were amazing am and pm shifts. Before my uber came we played how many margaritas can we drink before the uber gets here lol . Francisco was great and Hazel in housekeeping really made my stay great ! The snack park by building 5 has great fish tacos and chicken wings! The pools and grounds are cleaned daily ! The water slide is fast Becareful ! Oh and they have karaoke which I sang Bob Jovi Dead or Alive . Overall this place was great !! As far as the food goes…have a few drinks and work up an appetite first …enjoy "

"I didn’t love the cut-throat chair reservations at 6am, also the buffet was good but not good enough to make up for restaurant reservations to be booked out 48 hours, I did like that there were bars that stayed open late but the swimming pools closed way too early. I think they closed at like 7:00, they would try to make up for it with events that were wildly underwhelming. VERY LIMITED room service menu, it was like 5 items and a surcharge. The beach 5/5 stars, perfect sand, perfect surf, perfect weather, no riptide. There were several vendors but I like vendors, they had boogie boards to rent and tumblers for purchase, EVERYTHING you need and a bunch of stuff you don’t need too. Staff was friendly, drinks were good, if you put 100k into that roof bar you could get another star easy…"

"All the staff were helpful and friendly. The whole place was spotless. The buffet had a lot of variety of food and I loved the ice cream and coffee shop easy access. It was great to have the staff walk around and deliver popsicles and fruit/veggie cups around the pools in the afternoon. Not being able to make dinner reservations on line was annoying. Beds are firm and bedding was very nice. "

"Great location to the beach, bakery and restaurants all within 2 blocks. Manager very friendly and accommodating speaking English and Spanish. Rooms very clean with comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of hot water and good wifi. Large jugs of drinking water provided. Rancho Grande suite has nice large patio with green space. Rooms facing away from street have no street noise. Only thing of note there is no name on the fence around the Villa so is a bit hard to locate on a first visit only identified by building number."

"The apartment was large with a full service kitchen and separate bedroom with very nice bed with soft, comfortable pillows. Service was beyond expectations as the staff even drove me to the beach in their golf cart. Staff was helpful and friendly."
