"The pool is fully shaded so a nice break from the sun as needed. A/C kept the room cool. A more rustic, authentic feel than a lot of newer places. Lots of beautiful plants around the property."

"Nice and quiet (about 20 min walk to the action in town). Beautifully maintained pool areas - there are 3 (one by the ocean across the street by the restaurant). We had 6th floor deluxe suite (worth the upgrade) - view was stunning!"

Cleanliness second to none. Constantly cleaning washrooms, terraces, walkways, lounging chairs and even the elevators. Well organized. "

"This place! Amazing, everyone so friendly, air con was wonderful, nice exterior sitting area, every appliance you could wish for and to top it off Denny dishes, we were so impressed. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating, room service three times a week, Oscar and bar staff were amazing and helpful. Shuttle up to town whenever required, beach 11/2 blocks away. What else can I say? "

"Loved the room but was really disappointed with the view on the patio. All you could see was rooftop of other buildings and didn’t like it was a lockoff to the room next door. I would stay again but make sure where i am staying first and what my view looked like. There is also no room service. We were there only one week. Wouldn’t want to be there any longer with out clean towels or bed sheets changed. Great location though "

"At check in they gave us the wrong room. The next day the proper room we got smelled like sewage. "
