「Unit was nice and clean upon arrival and parking is great. Beds are extremely comfortable and kitchen has pretty much everything you might need for a short vacation. Took a while to figure out the tv and as far as I can tell there is no WiFi for the unit. One odd thing is alot of the plugs in the unit don’t accommodate standard cords like phone chargers and hairdryer. And as documented on other feedback you hear every step the folks in the unit above make.」

「This location is my favorite spot to do a quick beach getaway when visiting the central coast. A beautiful walking distance away from the sand and water as well as restaurants and a coffee shop. The perfect spot for a couple with their dog looking to visit the coast!」

「Clean, cute, beach condo - love how close it was to beach」

「Such a find! Modern, bright, perfect for 2 couples or a family. 2 giant king beds and lovely bathrooms. I would give this place 5 stars + but it needs just a couple things. Could use more glasses and dishes. We had my son and 4 friends for dinner one night (total 7 people) and had to use cooking pans as plates. It worked but could be better. Also, there was only 1 knife. The bathroom has zero hooks or bars to hang your towels and the kitchen sink disposer didn’t work when we arrived so the sink...

「Upon arriving- smelled like an abandoned house, the floors were oddly sticky, dirty bath towels sitting on top of the washer, food bits in the sink, toilet doesn't properly flush. Pillows smelled like actual scalp, the only redeeming part is bed was decent, and there are televisions. Everything just felt incredibly unclean. Unfortunately deceiving listing. The first and only correspondence between myself and the renter was her commenting on my "last minute booking" after she was unable to...

「Really close to San Luis Obispo-17-20 minutes, out in the quiet countryside, very private and beautiful. Accommodations were new, clean and excellent. We would definitely return!」

「The lofts are lovely … well-designed with everything we needed. Also lots of space to spread out. Beautiful decor. Easy check in. Great location in walking distance to lots of good restaurants & coffee shops. The only thing that detracted from the room was the noise from the building HVAC system. It literally shakes the walks and vibrates the dishes on the shelves. I didn’t notice this in the day, only at night. It was the wall with the fridge & sink.」

「We are group of 35 women who have gathered for the past 23 years to eat, drink, craft and enjoy each other. This was our first time staying here and it was perfect! Plenty of room to spread out, visit, puzzle, play games, sit in the sun and all eat together in the dining room. The rooms were plenty large to sleep 4-6 people in each one. The location was perfect…walking distance to the cute town and plenty wineries to drive to as well! And the beach was about a 5 minute drive. We will be back...
