Josh was very nice to me, help me with my bags and serve morning breakfast very hot and delicious. The staff at the front desk was also very nice!

In the tub the silver handle was broken Staff was mostly courteous

Overall was all right and clean. Great location for being at the DCC event. Just a few things to consider: - the building has poor insulation between rooms and also the exterior, very noisy. - Only 1 elevator was functioning of the 3 and it was busy due to event at the DCC. - Had to request soap and shampoo since the bottles in the shower were empty. Personal was very polite and quick to help when I complained. - Breakfast was just scramble eggs, cereal bars and fruits. That isn’t a “continental breakfast”. No meat and no bread/ pastries/ waffles. - No employees available in the breakfast area. - free hot chocolate at the lobby was a pleasant surprise for a cold day.
