"It’s an okay place to stay. It’s old & historical. It’s noisy. Close to good restaurants."

"The room was not properly stocked, had not been cleaned very well. Dust on the tables and tv. The TV did not work however it did not bother us as we were not there most of the stay."

"We stay here when we go to see our grandkids every time. Rooms are clean and the staff is very responsive. The beds are not lumpy. The breakfast is nice and abundant. Parking is very well lit and we can park where we can see our room. We prefer the rooms with the whirlpool tubs. Very relaxing. Great place to stay away from home."

"Our group of 4 women were very impressed with our accomodations. Yvette was a delight. She has created a cozy yet energetic vibe with her colors and accessories. This rental includes the most snacks/beverages I've ever encountered without additional charge. Her Cuban restaurant in downtown Boonville was a definite visit with excellent food. Yes this is an old house so it presents the homeowners with the usual challenges however none of which affected our 2 night stay. The kitchen/bathroom are fully modernized. We would definitely return in a heartbeat! My only suggestion is silly... however I would have loved to tour the beautiful blue house on the south side "
