This intimate accommodation has a living room-kitchen-bedroom and bathroom with shower. It is ideal for couples due to its dimensions and perfect for teleworking due to high-speed Internet.

The living room has a dining table, two individual armchairs and a window to the outside. Separated from the living room-kitchen by a sliding screen is the bedroom, which has a double bed of 160 cm. The bathroom has a shower with a shower screen and a hairdryer and iron for clothes.

The flat has wifi with high-speed fibre. It comes equipped with Smart TV, Italian coffee maker (moka), kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook.



Access to the apartment is via stairs. There is no lift. There is no parking. There is a paid car park nearby, located underneath the Arrecife Gran Hotel or another public car park near the Reducto bus station. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, so the apartment is also ideal if you do not have a car.



The apartment is located on a street parallel to Fred Olsen Avenue, where Reducto Beach is located, and just a few metres from several bars and restaurants. The centre of Arrecife offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bazaars and stores in the vicinity of the building.

If you walk along the seafront to the end, you can reach Charco de San Ginés and Marina Lanzarote, a highly recommended place to visit for its nightlife, restaurants, markets and much more.
