"We were given a twin room despite booking a double room, we were too tired to question because of the language barrier.
The television downstairs was on constantly, even when no one was watching it, and was very loud, we could hear it in our room with the door closed.
The bed linen was dirty and the floors were filthy underneath the beds, the furniture provided was cheap and falling to pieces.
The female owner was very kind and brought us nibbles while we were playing cards. We communicated...
