We had such an amazing holiday. The unit is very quiet and the views are outstanding. We hiked from the rental three days. We did one day of sailing and four more days of hiking elsewhere on the island. 70 km of hiking! We had all of our meals in the rental and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and nearby swimming hole. Bris was amazing with his communication. This was seamless and perfect.

Atlantic Viewing

We love Costa del Silencio and have been coming here since 2017. First Line of the Sea is absolutely our favourite place to stay. Bris, our host could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. He’s thought of everything one might need for a beach holiday and provided. In addition to the absolutely amazing view and proximity to our favourite beach bar ever, Mana Nui, we enjoyed the pool and landscaping of Balcon del Mar. Hoping to return.

Apartment with a stunning view

Lovely views from the balcony. Nice pool and snack bar. Nice quiet part of town. Hire a car if you want to visit other parts of the island or there is a bus service just a short walk away. Local supermarket to get your shopping. You will have a lovely stay here, can recommend. Restaurants local to go and eat.

Perfektes Apartment für einen Aufenthalt in Costa del Silencio

Wir hatten das Vergnügen 6 Wochen lang in dem schönen Apartment von Bris zu wohnen. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn auch manchmal ein bisschen windig… wir lieben Wind. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man brauchen kann. Von Salz und Gewürzen bis zu Sonnenliegen für den Swimmingpool, sogar Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine war da. Ausgesprochen sauber und hygienisch die ganze Wohnung (wird professionell gereinigt). Wir kamen viel zu früh an, was kein Problem darstellte. Bris ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, der check-in war einfach und unkompliziert, außerdem ist er jederzeit erreichbar. Wir sind begeistert und kommen wieder.

Fast alles perfekt

Eine schöne, voll moderne Wohnung. Alles, was man zum Leben braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Mama von Eigentümer und er selbst sind sehr nette, wunderschöne Menschen. Der Backofen in der Küche funktioniert nicht. Dank einen Ersatzminibackofen kann man schon Pommes zubereiten. Mit Pizza wird schon schwieriger. Was uns leider nicht gefallen hat (aber dafür kann der Vermieter nicht): Jeden Tag war sehr windig. Auf dem Balkon sitzen und essen unmöglich, da gegenüber der Wohnung eine leere Fläche ist und von dort viel Staub und Sand in die Wohnung fliegt.

Schönes Appartement

Schönes Appartement in ruhigem Appartementhaus mit eigenem Swimmingpool im Süden der Insel mit Sicht auf Meer und in Richtung Flughafen. Wer also Freude an Flugzeugen hat, kann diese im Anflug beobachten, machen aber keinen großen Lärm und stören so nicht weiter. Ansonsten Ausstattung wie auf den Bildern. Im Prinzip ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, haben nichts vermisst. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert, es fährt aber auch ein Bus in fußläufiger Entfernung nach Los Cristianos.

Voll eingerichtetes, schönes Apartment mit einmaligen Ausblick in gepflegten Komplex

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem gepflegten, überwachten Komplex mit Pool und Poolbar. Der Check-in verlief trotz früherer Ankunft sehr freundlich. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und sauber. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es leider sehr oft stürmisch, sodass wir die wunderschöne Aussicht auf dem Balkon nicht oft nutzen konnten. Für unseren Mietwagen haben wir zu jeder Tageszeit einen nahen, kostenfreien Parkplatz gefunden.

Top-Fewo mit tollem Meerblick

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer großen Anlage, die von Eigentümern und Urlaubern bewohnt wird. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, schöne Poolanlage mit allerdings sehr kaltem Wasser. Das Apartment in der 3. Etage liegt am Ende des Flurs. Der Balkon weist in Richtung Osten, so dass bis ca. 12:00 h die Sonne auf den Balkon scheint. Wir hatten täglich einen Blick auf einen traumhaften Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer. Wenn es nicht zu windig war, haben wir auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt. Die Wohnung ist top mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht (und darüber hinaus). Sie entspricht genau der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Die kostenlose Wifi-Verbindung ist Spitze, über 200 mb/sec. Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen! Danke, Bris, für die freundliche und umfassende Einweisung!

a perfect place to conquer the island.

Everything was as described. The apartment is located on the far eastern corner of a large apartment complex, which includes a beautiful, well-maintained pool area in the courtyard for use. There is even a small pool bar. The location of the apartment ensures fantastic tranquility, as well as the Alignment of Costa del Silencio: all tempo streets, including many one-way streets - there was almost no traffic to hear. But for the Atlantic - 15 m from the balcony he strikes the shore. Turning north you can see the Teide. The balcony faces east, so that every morning there is the sunrise over the Montaña Roja. The apartment is fully equipped and modern and nicely furnished. In the kitchen everything is available, even larger menus can be prepared without any problems. In the bathroom everything top and the washing machine helps to save luggage - Thanks to the sun and the wind everything dries in no time on the balcony, which holds a clothesline. Of course, the apartment also has sun loungers for the balcony and a shopping bag with wheels to leave the car for a larger purchase. From Costa del Silencio you can quickly reach the Autopista Sur to reach the most beautiful corners of the island. After La Galletas, to sit on the beach promenade in cozy restaurants, it is best to use the very good bus service. Bris and his mother are very pleasant and helpful hosts. All in all: we enjoyed it.

appartement à choisir en toute confiance

cet appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos jointes. Il est bien plaçé face à la mer, calme. Il est situé prés des commerces et à peu de distance de la ligne de bus à partir de laquelle vous pouvez vous déplacer dans l'ile. Le propriétaire prend soin de ses locataires et donne toutes les informations nécessaires. Nous reviendrons sans aucune doute.
