"Wonderful hotel but let down by lack of staff at breakfast"

"Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable and good location, handy for public transport into city. Option to hire ordinary bicycles would be good and not just e-bikes especially when travelling with teenagers. Did not find the staff to be the most friendly or helpful"
