"Wir hatten hier einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Hotel ist super gelegen, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erkunden. "We really had a good time as a family. It is a self check in and we were provided with instructions. The property is clean and almost complete of your basic needs. It’s about 5-7 min walk to the nearest tram/metro to go around the city. The property is quiet and secured. There were few broken things that I reported right away. "This was an amazing boutique Hotel that was exactly what we hoped for. The location is perfect for walking into Prague‘s old town… Only a two minute walk! It is located on the main street that takes you directly into old town. The inside of the property was very well done and we particularly loved the elevator. The room was clean and exactly how we wanted it. Each afternoon when you come back from sightseeing, they have a pitcher of ice tea waiting for you in the lobby. A nice place to sit and relax before going to your room. The people at the front desk were great for recommending restaurants and setting up our drives to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel… You can’t go wrong."

"Self-service hotel without a lobby, you have to enter by using a provided code. Close enough to central areas, not far away from the metro station and the railroad station. Keep in mind that there are two entrances and you need to use the other one if you can't find your room."

"Unmatched hospitality and an incredible stay. We stayed at the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV to celebrate two family milestones— My 50th and my daughters 16th birthday, as a large group of 9. The hospitality we received was truly incredible. A massive, heartfelt thank you goes to Jerry and Lenka. They went completely above and beyond with an incredible upgrade to the Presidential Suite, which made our celebrations feel ultra-luxurious. Jerry was an absolute superstar throughout our city break. Managing a group of 9 can be tricky, but he seamlessly ensured we had reserved seating together for breakfast every single morning so we could relax as a family. He also personally arranged a fantastic vintage car trip around Prague for us, taking all the stress out of planning. Jerry’s constant attentiveness, care, and dedication ensured our entire trip was exceptional from start to finish. What makes this hotel truly special is that this high standard of care comes from everyone. All the staff, from the welcoming doormen to the meticulous housekeeping team, were fantastic, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. This is world-class service at its finest, and we cannot recommend this beautiful hotel highly enough! Thank you so much, we will definitely be back again."
