Nice room, spacious bed and lots of options with pillows Breakfast was good and tasty. Staffs were helpful and kind. The room we stayed only had skylights, but was not sound proof to outside noises at nights. Otherwise we had lovely stay, very central to all the highlights of Prague.

Hotel was clean and room nice but the lack of acoustic walls meant we had to listen to the neighbouring rooms bathroom use. No hot water for a shower on the last morning, would have complained but as the hotel is not staffed then I couldn’t. Location was great.

Great location. Close to the train station and the main area and close to a nice walking trail next to the river. The room we booked was large which was great. The staff were very accommodating and we were lucky to have an early check in. It was unique to have a communal kitchen area. I would rather have a kettle and small fridge in our room though. The pillows were comfy however the mattress topper kept slipping down the bed. The shower floor was a strange design and the floor in the whole bathroom kept getting wet. Overall its was a nice stay.

The hotel needs some good cleaning and a little upgrades, chairs in the Lobby it’s worn out. The room was very nice, very clean and updated on other hand. The security guy was very helpful. Bcs it’s a self check in, no staff or support is provided, the check in experience was 1*. The room was ready for hours No one was able to update the check in code for us to check in.

Good location to explore Prague. The rooms were clean and the aircon worked well in the extreme heat. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a large fridge to keep our drinks cold. The restaurant on the ground floor served good evening meals. The only small improvement I would mention was breakfast buffet.

Quiet, comfortable, and clean in the heart of town. Mattress was very comfortable, coffee machine was great and everything was perfect. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Prague.

Beautiful beds, pillows were rubbish. The room was beautiful and spacious but there was no daily room cleaning, except for emptying garbage bins. The contactless check in experience was very difficult, we couldn’t log into the platform to get our code then we couldn’t call via WhatsApp and there’s no staff to help. A lot of people seem to be having this experience. Location was wonderful, only a walk away from the old town and shop, however be prepared for check in difficulties.

Room was great. Shame about the terrible check in process and the website being unusable. If you have a complex check in process you have to have people to help. Instead they have no front desk and they tell you to walk to another hotel if you want help. Wish I could give a higher review but spent over an hour giving away all my personal info several times on a website that sucks. No washers and dryers too.

I have seen the future and it's a dystopian landscape of looping AI agents who can't do anything outside of their programming. This hotel is central, the room was clean and quite nice but I spent an hour trying to check in and I will never stay there again. Registration and check in is automated which I'm sure is great when it works. It didn't work for me. The website would not allow me to continue after entering my information. I tried for hours before arriving at the hotel. When I got there, I learned that there is not a person at the hotel checking guests in. Only an attendant for luggage. This poor lady barely spoke English and I barely spoke Czech. So we were both lost l. I reached out to the help center on the website via email. I got a generic response from an AI agent telling me that the website is the only way to register. Then the attendant directed me to contact a number via WhatsApp. Another AI agent telling me the same thing. Ok. What happens when the website doesn't work? I spent an hour trying to communicate and solve this problem. I was tired and just wanted to get some rest, not solve this hotel's IT problems. The attendant finally got someone on the phone who spoke English. After explaining the problem, this lady had the audacity to tell me that the registration process is very intuitive. I'm sure it is intuitive when the stupid website works. I felt powerless and blamed for their technology problems. Finally they found a way to solventhe problem.

Great location close to restaurant, shopping, and tourist attractions and just across a park from the main train station and an express airport bus station. The hotel offers a relaxing stay with clean premises and comfortable rooms.
