"Jean Charles was a great host (he lives below the apartment)! The apartment was just as expected, with lots of room for all of us to spread out (living room, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, entry, bathroom, and water closet). With air conditioning. "The hotel is just at the entrance to the old city from the Gare du Arles less than a 10 minute walk with luggage. It offers a nice breakfast buffet, I took the cheaper option, coffee, juice and various breads and jam. It is at the base of the hill that leads up to the Amphitheatre and other sites. There are several restaurants within a short walk. You can also take a nice walk along the Rhone for a scenic reflex of the day."

"We had a wonderful time, the whole experience was vey professional. The reception staff were very helpful. One slight niggle was the shower didnt keep the temperature and the toilet seat didnt fit the toilet. Everywhere spotlessly clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back."
