Large garden. Bike and ski room. In an old renovated mill, the cottage "Au fil de l'eau" is a real little corner of paradise located on the banks of the Chéran. In the heart of the Bauges Regional Nature Park, preserved, far from crowds, a rejuvenating stay awaits you. Closer to nature, hiking and mountain biking in summer and skiing in winter. 30 minutes from Lake Annecy and Lake Bourget, halfway between the resorts of Semnoz and Margeriaz, the "Au Fil de l'Eau" gîte is ideally located. For the more adventurous, the Prérouge cave is at the foot of the gîte, if you wish accompanied by a guide it invites you to explore the underground world! For the more athletic, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, sliding of all kinds, both summer and winter, a multitude of activities for all levels are possible!
