Be vary wary

The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. We arrived just before 20:00pm due to poor traffic but the office was already empty leaving us with two young children stranded with no keys late at night If it wasn't for the very kind staff in the hotel opposite we would never have been able to access our apartment. After several phone calls by the Spanish speaking staff we were sent a link via WhatsApp to complete all of the details for checking in. This was all in Spanish so the staff had to translate accordingly. It took over an hour of work from myself and the staff of the other hotel to gain access to the apartment an absolute disgrace and completely unacceptable. We paid a considerable amount of money to stay in the apartment and this is the service we get. Given the circumstances the staff should have immediately sent us the code to access the key and collected the remaining information, deposit and local taxes the next day. On top of that we only received one key which then made the whole stay hard work. The shower barely functioned and the water went from hot and cold, we had one set of towels for a family of 4 for the whole week. We paid a considerable amount of money to stay in the apartment and I've never expereicenced such poor service.

Ideal para visitar Vallnord y alrededores (La Massana, Ordino, Lagos de Tristaina...). Es pequeño pero correcto para estancias cortas. Las instalaciones son correctas y el edificio es tranquilo. Aparcar es lo más complicado, tuvimos que reservar una plaza de garaje (precio es relativamente caro). El wifi se contrata a parte (opino que no debería ser así).
