「We had a memorable stay of two nights at the Quinta de S. Bernardo in Douro Valley. This inn is located in a fully functional farmhouse and vineyard, perched high on the slopes of Douro Valley mountains offering picture perfect views. We stayed in a room with river views and a plunge pool- it was beyond gorgeous. The facilities are immaculately maintained. 「ピニャオン駅からタクシーで５分強。見渡す限りブドウ畑の山々をくねくね走り、石畳の道を下ると、ホテルがひっそりと佇んでいます。何となく家に帰り着いた様なほっこリした気分になります。 素敵なオーナーマダムが迎えてくれます。ホテルの庭の外れに大きな木があり、そこにはアルプスの少女ハイジが乗っている様なブランコが！！！ 空を舞っている様な気分になれます。 食事はマダムお勧めの川魚をチョイス。料理のボリュームも程ほどで、デザートを食べる余裕があり、こちらもマダムお勧めのプディン（とても濃厚でまったりした美味しさ）を頂く事ができました。 でも一番のお勧めは、こちらのキンタのワイン。ブランド名は＜DORNA VELHA＞です。 今回は１泊しか出来なかったけど、今度ポルトガルに行く機会があれば数日間ゆっくり滞在したいホテルでした。」

「A different type of hotel set in acres of vineyards this is a good place to stay if you want something a bit different. On the Saturday night we paid for the buffet which was great value.」

「下の街からもかなり離れ、車がないとどこへも行けないし、まわりには何もない。静かな時間を過ごすだけの目的だけなら良いと思うのだが、他になにもできない。一度　チェックインしてしまうと、近隣にも出ずらいし、街への買い物やワイナリー巡りや船遊びや遺跡めぐりの観光にもかなり距離がある。」

「Stunning! We stayed in the 2 bed suite is the Casio de campo building…it was like staying in a millionaire decorators apartment!! Huge patio to a stunning view of the mountains/vineyards. Wanted to cancel the rest of our trip and stay there. Breakfast was wonderful. Wine tasting unparalleled!」

「Beautiful historic manor house that was tastefully decorated. Excellent value for money comfortable stay. Friendly staff. It's a privilege to have access to this beautiful historic home. Although it was old, it had a fresh interior & was in very good condition. Our bedroom was large, we had a very comfortable bed and lovely spacious ensuite bathroom.
