「This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. The suite we got was huge, (living room, full kitchen, dining room, and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs). We had our own private patio and a back door that led right to the pool. The town and the people...

「Rooftop bar/pool area used for breakfast is a real delight with views of the sea and mountains. The food was exceptional and the dinner buffet very good value head and shoulders above most we have experienced in terms of quality and choice. Very unusual for holiday hotels is the quality of the bedrooms and especially the bed. Excellent in all respects apart from the MUZAK which is played morning noon and night and spoils the wonderful rooftop breakfast experience totally. 」

「Très bon hôtel, à proximité de la plage, et de plusieurs restaurants. Rethymnon à 5 minutes en voiture. Chambre impeccable et spacieuse, avec balcon. Personnel sympathique et attentionné (cadeau d’une bouteille d’huile d’olive de 250 ml... que le contrôle de l’aéroport nous a confisqué !). Parking gratuit assez grand à côté. Climatisation inutilisée à cette période (22-23°), mais certains semblent ne pas pouvoir s’en passer la nuit !」
