Located a few hundred meters from the sea, Casa Valeria 1 has the simplicity and practicality of those who love to fully enjoy their beach vacation between relaxation and entertainment. In fact, here you will find everything you need concentrated in just 30 cubic meters of house and in addition you will have the comfort of a green terrace to be able to enjoy even hours of outdoor space. The road to the sea is slightly downhill, so the ascent must also be taken into account. You will be about 500 meters from the town center.
The space (description of the house)
Access to the structure is regulated by self check in through the instructions that will be provided to you before arrival. From the street you reach the entrance of the house after passing a few steps and the gate with the locker .
Casa Valeria 1 with its 30 m² consists of a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, TV and dining area, an equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. A single armchair bed is also available in the common area. It can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and household linen.
The apartment also has a private outdoor terrace where you can relax in the evening.
Parking is free on the street.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are not allowed.
It is not allowed to smoke and organize parties.
