「Nice place gad a good time wish we could have stayed longer 」

「部屋には床暖房がありましたが作動しておらず、ホテルの方に調べてもらいましたが「これでオンになったはず」と言われたのに夕食後帰ってきたらやはりオフのまま。スキー場が近いので5月でもかなり冷えます。フロントの女の子は「毛布まだ持ってくるから」と言いますが寝てる時だけの問題じゃないでしょ… 「他の部屋はついてるんですか？部屋変えてもらえませんか？」と言っても「満室です」と。部屋の前に車を停めるモーテル形式で、車3台ほどして停まってないのに、どうしてそういう見え透いたウソつくかなー。何よりも、申し訳ないという気持ちがまったく感じられなかったことに腹が立ちました。オーストラリアの接客もだいぶ良くなったなーと思っていたけど、田舎はまだそういうとこ変わってないなと。全然だめ。」

「My husband and I travelled through on a motorbike and stayed at the Alpine Gables Resort. We were greeted very friendly and received an unexpected upgrade to a river view room which was just beautiful. We had dinner at the Brumby and enjoyed the entertainment of open mic friday night. Thanks for a great stay 」

「The owners are so welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable. And it is a great location, less than 25 minutes to Jindabyne, but a lovely quiet spot. Plenty of food options for dinner as well. And the complimentary breakfast was great. Have no hesitation to recommend. 」

「Very clean, great space - we had the king room, bed very comfortable, extra blankets and iron/board, good toiletries, great spotless shower, warm room. Tea bags and coffee was instant sachets. No glasses for wine etc. - just those tiny thick china cups & saucers and a couple of small water glasses. No breakfast service for those needing an early start before the local cafes open. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The whole place was very clean and well maintained and good Internet...
