"The room we were in was great, a big room with a Queen bed and 2 singles as there were 3 of us, was roomy. Airconditioning was awesome as it was mid summer and very hot outside. "Nice hotel in a great location. Check in was quick and easy. Room was very nice. The bed was comfy and the air con worked well. Room was generally quiet. Only downside was that they were doing work on the cobble stones out front of the hotel. They didn’t work on Sunday but on Monday morning they started about 8am and it was very loud. It wasn’t an issue for us as we were awake but it would’ve been impossible to sleep in if you wanted to. But otherwise the location was quiet. Lots of food places...

"The staff service was excellent. I don’t normally write reviews but Carmen deserves to be recognized for her top-notch customer service. She kept in touch with us the whole time we were in the airport to make sure we are able to reach our shuttle driver even when it was past her shift. Lemuel also checked us in with ease and efficiency. The room itself is tiny and can use a bit more storage space but it’s not a big deal as you will be around the city all day. "
