"This was an excellent choice for our night visiting Skye. Centrally located and right at the Sligachan Old Bridge- a must see experience. The hotel and restaurant staff are wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and Seamus’ Restaurant nest door was the perfect spot for dinner. We had an all around great experience. "

"Our hosts were very friendly and offered advise regarding Storm Amy's approach, where we could see the stags locally (which we did!) and regarding returning via Bealach na Ba which we did in dense cloud on the way in. We took the coast road back as the weather was worsening and the view non existent! Our room was very comfortable and cosy with underfloor heating in the bathroom. The honesty bar was great for stopping in the room (wine, beer, soft drinks, various snacks) - we came away with some of the lovely shortbread. Not to mention the welcome drinks which was a lovely touch. The B&B is right out of Applecross and so we took a drive back to the Applecross Inn for dinner with a lovely view out over the bay. Scottish breakfast was perfect and the locally smoked salmon was fabulous! It set us up for the day with a lovely a walk around Applecross before heading off the beat the incoming Amy."

"Very glad that we chose the Tingle Creek Hotel. A small family run hotel that does everything right. From the warm welcome from the owner to the amazing breakfast with a view of the seaside. The rooms are clean and comfortable and are stocked with everything you need. This was an excellent spot to stay during our tour of the Isle of Skye.
