"We received a text letting us know where to park and the code to get in . The hostel was very comfortable. We had a nice 2 bed room on the second floor and the shower was nice
They left instructions for a help yourself breakfast and it looked really nice but we didn’t get to enjoy .
We ate dinner , went to bed and left the house by 430 am
We would definitely stay again

"Our family had a wonderful second stay at Tahoe East! The cabin is both spacious and cozy - with a great kitchen for cooking after-ski meals and plenty of space for our family to spread out or gather together. We love the furniture and the special things that the host has collected - books, art, etc. Some call this "clutter" but we call this cozy and homey. Perfect mix with great views and close proximity to Sugarloaf Mtn. The host is a great communicator and quickly answers questions - he is a wonderful person who has had an amazing life, lots of great stories - we love talking with him. We will return again!!"

"The cabin was great! Super cozy and fit our needs great.The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, oven, toaster oven, pots and pans and basic cooking ingredients. The heat works well, the floor is cold so bring slippers. Matt is a great host. We accidentally went to the wrong address and he helped us to find the place. The composting toilet works great! "
