「This was our first visit to a bed and breakfast. To me it almost felt like staying at strangers house, EXCEPT the owner made us feel like life long friends!! This was a great experience, because of the owner. If you’re going to a concert at The Pavilion at Star Lake or just in the area this is a great place to stay.」

「Met the staff in the afternoon as she drove up and made sure we had access code to lock. When we asked about the breakfast, which was listed on the Expedia details, she said there was no breakfast. She did check back later in the early evening if we needed anything, we did not.」

「There was no breakfast, talked to the staff by phone to obtain access number for lock. Had no in-person contact. Room o but shared bathroom did not have a woring overhead light.」

「Carol fixed us delicious, variety-filled breakfasts. We were in a group of 6 and able to visit outside around a fire, on a porch or inside in large comfortable sitting rooms.」

「Room was clean. Breakfast was light but good. Beds were more on the firm side. Property doesn't have much to do onsite, a fire pit and hot tub would be great additions for a little retreat. Looks like they may be adding to the property as there was the start of a pond dug out. I'd love to see more things to do onsite in the future! I would recommend a light in the parking area for late night arrivals/returns. Quiet retreat.」
