"Cute little hotel in a great location. Positive vibe in the décor, offers basketball courts on site as well as tennis. Breakfast areas get busy, but the staff is fast to refill items, and there are two areas for food and seating. Friendly staff "

"The resort is nice, practically new, it offers various pools and fully equipped and comfortable apartments. Unfortunately the check in was extremely slow the line was huge and took us around 40 mins to finally get to the check in counter. The line was huge and all guest had the same expression. Once we got the keys to the 2 apts we rented as soon as we entered to one of them we saw used towels, used bed sheets, pillows, and bags full of garbage in other words the apartment was not clean at all. I was just as the last guest left it. I called front desk and they assured me they will move all of us to other 2 apts that were clean and ready all this process from ck in and moving to other rooms took us more than 3.5 hours something extremely unexpected and Unacceptable specially after been on the road for more than 12 hours we were ready to relax and had a good sleep. The property has a lot of potential but check in personnel and house keeping needs to do a better job. We are frequent travelers and this resort was recommended to us by some friends and family members it’s was very unfortunate we couldn’t have a first good impression of it from the moment of the check in to the moment we opened the doors of one of the apartments. "

"The only recommendation would be to have one fine dining restaurant on the property. Got tired of the bar food which was the main staple of the current restaurant."

"Excellent service , this is my 3rd time here with my kids. The water park never disappoints my kids had an amazing time. It's a nice getaway for us it's also very close to all the Disney and universal parks. Located on the strip of international drive so you have access to a lot of wonderful restaurants and also near the outlets . It's a very family oriented hotel as well. Julissa was at the don't desk and she did an amazing job checking us in. She went above and beyond and I could never thank her enough."

"The resort is beautiful and very spacious, with multiple pools and plenty of activities to enjoy. It’s a great place for families and for those looking to relax and have fun. However, one major downside is the WiFi - it does not work properly. If you’re planning to work remotely or rely on internet access, it will be very difficult.Although I didn’t use the pool due to the cold weather, I could see that many guests were enjoying it. There are activities and music starting early in the day, which creates a lively atmosphere, but be aware that the music is quite loud and can be heard clearly from the rooms. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They always responded quickly to my messages and made sure my stay was comfortable, which I truly appreciated. In terms of dining, the resort has only one main restaurant. The food is good, but options are limited. There is no dedicated breakfast restaurant, only a small bistro, which tends to have very long lines. The location is very convenient, as it is close to Universal Studios and offers a free shuttle service. There is also a pizza place on-site. While the food was okay, unfortunately, my daughter became sick after eating there and experienced vomiting for two days. The resort staff handled the situation professionally and kindly offered us a late checkout so she could recover more comfortably, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s a nice resort with great amenities and excellent staff. "
