"The resort is beautiful and very spacious, with multiple pools and plenty of activities to enjoy. It’s a great place for families and for those looking to relax and have fun. However, one major downside is the WiFi - it does not work properly. If you’re planning to work remotely or rely on internet access, it will be very difficult.Although I didn’t use the pool due to the cold weather, I could see that many guests were enjoying it. There are activities and music starting early in the day, which creates a lively atmosphere, but be aware that the music is quite loud and can be heard clearly from the rooms. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They always responded quickly to my messages and made sure my stay was comfortable, which I truly appreciated. In terms of dining, the resort has only one main restaurant. The food is good, but options are limited. There is no dedicated breakfast restaurant, only a small bistro, which tends to have very long lines.
The location is very convenient, as it is close to Universal Studios and offers a free shuttle service. There is also a pizza place on-site. While the food was okay, unfortunately, my daughter became sick after eating there and experienced vomiting for two days. The resort staff handled the situation professionally and kindly offered us a late checkout so she could recover more comfortably, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s a nice resort with great amenities and excellent staff. "
