Villa Remezzo

Perfect location, the villa was located close to the amenities, shops, restaurants, pharmacies and doctors. The villa was spacious, clean but it was a shame there was no basic food supplies like salt, pepper, sauces. There was no TV connection to the internet to watch Netflix or YouTube.. we have a young son whom wanted some downtime like watching cartoons..

Enjoyed our stay - but the listing is missing details

Really needs a floor plan. We booked as a 12 person group wanting a big villa with a pool. This "villa" is actually 5 separate apartments with 5 front doors with keys and 5 kitchens. Note: 3 of the apartments are not "close" to the other 2 apartments and the pool, you have to walk up a set of stairs, across a roof top, into a corridor and then you are at these 3 apartments. This distance covered means you have walked that far towards the main road/strip and these 3 apartments are in the hustle and bustle of the main strip meaning you get all the music and car noise that that entails. Had we known this (with 3 small children) we wouldn't have wanted that much noise and that separation from the other bedrooms and pool. The music isn't every night and it does stop at midnight, its just not what we where expecting. The kitchens need to better equipped, the main kitchen is lovely and has everything that you could possibly need. However the other kitchens are sparse, not enough plates/bowls/utensils etc for the number of beds. All of that said: The owner is lovely (Mr K), he has limited english but he has a property manager who also met us on arrival and kept in touch with whatsapp to resolve any problems. He brought us fresh fruit & veg from his garden. The agent Hotel Praxis was amazing at sharing information and helping book airport transfer The pool is super. Btw if you look on Google maps satellite view you cannot see the villa, but it does appear on Apple maps.

Great Location in Crete!

We were a group of 10 traveling in early June and wanted to see as much of Crete as possible. We chose this property for its size and location and it was spot on for that! There’s a fabulous pool area and really 3 separate living areas with kitchen facilities in all. Maria checked us in on WhatsApp with directions and met us at the house even though we were arriving after 8p.m.! She was awesome! She stayed in contact with suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing and responded very promptly when we had questions or issues. Mr. Kirakos stays RIGHT behind the property and tends to the pool and grounds. We locked ourselves out one evening and he came right over to let us in. The location on the north side between Chania and Heraklion was perfect for us! We even took a day to drive down to the south beach in Sougia. It was delightful. The property was spacious but my only complaints are 1. It was pretty sparse and could use a few more comfort amenities. 2. It was a perfect place except for the CONCRETE BEDS. We were there 4 nights and slept on the couch for 2 of those nights because of the beds.

Séjour extraordinaire, maison idéale pour notre équipe de 14 personnes (7 adultes et 7 enfants) découpée en plusieurs appartements d’une propreté irréprochable. Le propriétaire Kiriakos a été aux petits soins pour nous, jamais en manque de petites attentions et Maria la gérante immobilière toujours disponible pour nos questions, d‘une extrême gentillesse et pleine de bons conseils pour notre séjour . EINFACH WOW!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 21 Personen in der Unterkunft und es war einfach ne hammer Zeit! Die Unterkunft hat mir extrem gut gefallen da es wie mehrere Appartements hat aber auf dem selben Fleck! Wir hatten alle eine wunderschöne Zeit und werden dies sicher nie vergessen! Vermieter und alle einfach mega freundlich! Danke vielmals & bis bald! Da werden wir definitiv wieder kommen! Liebe grüsse Basil
