Under the veranda is a comfy outdoor sofa set and a small breakfast table; a cosy spot for drinks whilst soaking up the volcanic air. You'll also find the alfresco dining area, with a traditional summer brick barbecue set up and a wide dining table for the whole family to tuck into meals in the sizzling heat. Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 75cm wide. The path around the villa is 120cm wide. The terrace is flat with a mixture of tiles and artificial grass. This is a ground-floor property. The doors into the bedrooms, kitchen, and lounge are 70cm wide.
